Early Christians were bold, confident, and courageous. How we pray is an indicator if we’ve strayed from that. What do you pray for? FOR DISCUSSION 1. Not necessarily faith related, but just in general: When was the last time you did something you'd consider a bold move? 2. Who was bold with you about their faith that positively impacted your faith? 3. What's your primary pushback to asking God for boldness? 4. If God answered all your prayers, how much would you be the beneficiary versus other people? Does your answer to that question lead you to a conclusion about your prayers? If so, what? 5. Would you be willing to pray this prayer everyday in May? Heavenly Father, give me the courage to speak up when fear tells me to shut down.
