As the Master Disciple-Maker, Jesus knew that prayer was a nonnegotiable habit, especially as it pertained to His disciples. Jesus viewed His disciples as the Fatherʼs “love gift” to Him, so He prayed continually and specifically for them. We have been called to follow the same habit for those that the Father has given us as well.
