LIFE ISN'T ABOUT SELF IMPROVEMENT. IT'S ABOUT STEPPING INTO THE PURPOSE GOD CREATED FOR YOU!

MESSAGE RECAP

“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,
which God
prepared in advance for us to do.”
Ephesians 2:10

This  message reminds us that faith doesn’t end with us. God saved us for something — to impact others with our time, our talents, and our love. This page is designed to help you take your next step toward living out what you were made for.

PARTNERSHIP

Living out what you were made for doesn’t happen in isolation. At DCC, we believe partnership is about linking arms together to move God’s mission forward and outward. These four core areas—Connect, Serve, Give, and Invite—are how each of us steps into our purpose and helps others discover theirs. When we take these steps together, the mission of Jesus grows stronger in our community and beyond.

OUR GOAL IS 100% PARTICIPATION IN ALL 4 AREAS!

TAKE A STEP!

1. Discover Your More — Four Questions to Pray & Reflect On:
Prayer Question: “Father, what did You make me for in this season?”
People Question: Ask 2–3 trusted friends, “Where do you see God at work in me?”
Passion Question: What do you do that leaves you energized instead of drained?
Pain Question: What brokenness in the world burdens you the most?
2. Try → Test → Tune Framework:
Try something — sign up to serve or step into a new area.
Test whether it aligns with Autonomy (ownership), Mastery (growth), Purpose (impact).
Tune your role — adjust until you find your sweet spot.
3. Overcoming Obstacles:
Hurry: Trade one hour a week of less-important time (scrolling, streaming) for serving.
Fear: Remember, God trains us on the field, not on the sidelines.
Comparison: You are God’s workmanship — no one else can live your assignment.
4. Concrete Actions This Week:
Say yes to one opportunity to serve.
Do one act of kingdom good for someone outside your comfort zone.
Pray daily: “God, show me what I was made for.”

DON'T JUST SETTLE FOR BEING GOOD ,

DO THE GOOD YOU WERE MADE FOR!
